The fees for the service provided comprise of an initial registration fee of £300 followed by the greater of either of the following:

•  1.5% of the final purchase price, or

•  15% of the saving that we have been able to make you between the asking price and the eventual purchase price.

The initial registration fee is deducted from the final fee on the successful completion of the purchase.

Rental search

An initial registration fee plus one month's rent.
